"A wonderful Villa. All you need for a two week stay. The communal pool was gorgeous- infinity part over looking the sea. The area felt safe, parking was good. You do need a car to go anywhere and we couldn’t find a taxi service. The area is great as can visit many beaches and towns. Diamante was our favourite. Thank you"

The location is in Baia del Carpino, with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean. "We were so happy to have found this lovely villa, with its own pool and sea views. We watched the sunset at the nearby cove. The villa is well presented, with some great touches (like a warm outside shower plus 2 inside bathrooms) and the host is so lovely and helpful. A car is a must but it means the villa is in a quiet, peaceful location. What a beautiful part of Italy."

The pools were cleaned daily, any any issues were resolved so quickly - the electric went out and he gave us instructions immediately. He even went the extra mile to help us with taxi numbers. My only tip is you need hire cars, no one will be able to walk up the hill on the heat! Thank you again!"

"Very lovely setting in the hills with lovely quiet pool. The beach nearby - lido del torre- was fantastic and we were regulars at the restaurant. Went for coffee in nearby Centraro and gelato in Belvedere. Both beautiful hilltop old towns to see the real Italy, kids loved the pool and everything worked and comfortable in the villa. Perfect quiet, relaxing week away - with lots of Italian food to go with it."

"The beautiful view and space was luxurious! The host was always available and helpful. The fresh fruits and vegetables shared with us by the land manager were delicious!!! This was disappointing. Not enough blankets and towels were provided."

"We had a very warm welcome from the lady on reception and the breakfast staff were lovely. Our room was a good size with quality bed linen and excellent bathroom products. There was a great selection at breakfast and some excellent cappuccino made to order. We only stayed one night and I don’t really think that’s practical as it’s a bit of a trek to get to, especially with the road closures. We got horribly lost so arrived late, a bit tired and frustrated. "

"We had an amazing stay! Checked in a little late in the afternoon and pool was closing, but they made an exception and allowed up to enjoy the pool. Drinks on the pool deck were amazing! The beach club was fabulous and food was great! We were treated like royalty! Truly impressed and will definitely visit again! Scalea has beautiful beaches and now one of our favorite spots! "
