"Scam. There were no room booked. We went to Baguio last Friday with my family to celebrate my son's birthday. And surprise! walang room na nabooked. "Bed was covered with very old fitted sheet, no flat sheet; pillows hard as rock; gave us a very Worn out blankets; very worn out towels ( white towels looks like beige!), draperies lots of holes, No 110 outlet to hooked my phone, no hot water, no toilet paper, dirty bathroom floor, white bucket with cup in the bathroom ( you have to boil water to have a warm shower) Water dispenser available but the spikes was broken. Reception staff were ok. Very disappointing trip ! I had to moved to another...
