"Wonderful experience. The farm with chickens and cows across the road was an added bonus for us. We are from a small country town and felt right at home. Yet it is only a couple minutes to town. So quiet and peaceful. If returning to Florida, will stay again"
"This property is delightful! It's super easy to get to and convenient to I-75 and 441. Outside was a little frustrating (the front steps were a challenge for my mom, who has mobility impairments, because they're not all the same height and the first step was very high due to soil erosion), but inside was spotlessly clean and met our needs perfectly. I loved spending the day in Gainesville and Alachua and coming back to a full kitchen, comfy sofa, TV that had all my channels, and a soft bed. The shower pressure was perfect, as well. I feel like the property manager kept in touch with me and was very responsive to each of my questions. I will absolutely come back to this little gem the next time I'm in town."

"Nice and tidy room. A small kitchen area was the best part. And a big bathroom. We had a nice stay. There was no thermostat but we didn't really need it. The temperature wad good for us. The only thing was little inconvenient to us was the cat smell in the porch but room was still fine. "
