This apartment has a lovely view of the Gulf of Paria, nestled at the base of the San Fernando Hill and it is in close proximity to South Park, C3 and Gulf City shopping Mall. The Kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances (side by side refrigerator, glass top stove, range hood microwave and small household appliances , granite countertops and ample cupboards. Bedrooms include built in cupboards with plenty storage. Toilet and bath including vanity with storage unit. Laundry facilities include fully automatic washer and dryer, storage wall unit.

Elevator not working and the apartment on the highest floor, water being off for 24hrs, appliances was very old, rooms had no ac, area was very dirty.. will never go back
