"Property was as described, clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. A good set of video instructions were sent to us before arriving, so we could easily locate and access the property. Santa Pola is a lovely place and was not overly busy over the Whitsun break. We enjoyed the local beaches, restaurants, bars and the castle with a museum. "The apartment is in La Mata, a suburb of Torrevieja north of the city along the coast The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with sea views (about 200m away). There is a balcony which gets the sun all morning till mid-afternoon; a nice spot to relax. It sleeps 3 - one bedroom with double bed, and sofabed in the living room. Some of the fixtures and fittings are looking a bit tired and would benefit from refurbishment/replacement; and, it has its quirks - the washing machine is in the bathroom...
