TV didn’t work and they refused to change our room or get us a new TV. It was the evening of Nov 5th Election Day. The shower has 8 holes in it and emitted about 1 quart of water per minute.

There was a bit of road noise, as I was only three units from the roadway. Condition was good with some wear. Staff was very nice. Internet had good speed but captive authentication portal was a bit dodgy. Breakfast was better than expected. Parking was great, with roadway access a bit unidirectional due to the roadway being divided -- enter from west, exit to east.

I wished I had discovered this hotel sooner! I’ve stayed 3 times in the area somewhere else and they can’t compete with this hotel. Staff incredible! Comfort incredible! Breakfast wonderful! If I need a hotel again in the Atherton area this hotel is where I will stay.
