Nice property for price, would stay again. Beds very comfortable. We had 2 rooms and unfortunately one of the rooms had noise issues - first a smoke alarm that wouldn’t stop chirping then being next to someone who was very loud. Part of our party had to change rooms twice. But for nice comfortable room that seemed updated at this price was a good find

This was an outstanding experience considering the price. Very clean amd "yes" they do clean the room.when you are gone. PROS: Room is nicely renovated, silverware , free coffee and a microwave are available in the lobby. Hotel room has a very nice mini refrigerator. Customer service was wonderful, very responsive and helpful. TIP: Make sure you ask for the "quiet part" of the hotel, let them know you do not want to be near the hostel. Cons: Just a block below the location of the hotel is where many who are unhoused sleep at night, just like the rest of California the unhoused issue is very prevalent. During the day they are typically not present. I would definitley stay here again, the accomodations for the price are outstanding.

I views and hotel were impressive. Only downside was the walls were very thin…..and homelessness was on the high side. Overall would come back again.

The staff are friendly and professional. Just some wonky design issues: towels are stored on a rack across the room from the bathroom, the toilet paper roll is mounted on a wall across from the toilet… Nothing unmanageable. They supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash; so if you prefer to use lotion, face wash, or bar soap, you’ll have to bring your own. Toiletries are by Bigelow and Co, a brand I like that a favorite hotel also uses.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was a little shady at night but we felt safe at the hotel. Don't let that discourage you from staying here, it was a great location for access to cable cars, sightseeing shops and restaurants.

İt’s an average hotel with proper pricing. The coffee machine is not working which is important for my choice of the hotel. Also the house keeping is really slapdash! I made my complaint but nothing is changed.
