"This place was so nice, clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "

"Tolles Resort direkt am Meer - allerdings durch eine Düne getrennt. Doppelzimmer sind ok, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war auch ok, Auswahl der Speisen eher dürftig. Haben 1x abends dort gegessen: Buffet viel zu teuer für das, was es bietet. Es ist ein Familienresort, hat also viele Kinder. Sehr freundliches Personal! "This is a ok place. We had the bottom appartement with 2 bedrooms. There is no aircondition, and its a old and in need of maintenance. Its not a soundproof apartement….. Its close to the beach, there is a pool, parking, and one sun bed + 2 sun chairs included. The beach is crowded with beds, not a lot of free space. There is also a bar at the beach. "

"I just needed a place to sleep so I could spend my days at the beach. This was a very affordable hotel for me travelling alone and I found the staff very accommodating and friendly. The outside of the building in the back didn’t look the neatest and the pool did not have water in it as something had broken and it was not fixed when I stayed there. It also was far away from the town so I had to walk five minutes to take a fifteen minute bus ride to the beach and back every day, which was fine for...

"Excellent resort place in Italy. It’s small hotel, old building, very well maintained. Located in small town has everything you need for relax and quiet environment around. A lot of potential activities around: great swimming pool outside, private beach at the sea with restaurants and bar. Great spa with caves style seawater pools with different temperatures, jets massage options and special massages and skin treatments. Excellent service all around. Huge park area nearby for morning walks or biking. Great breakfast, good restaurants around. Very friendly staff, English speaking. I would be happy to recommend this place to all my friends and family."
