"We had a wonderful time in San Ignacio. The check in was simple and the house was clean. We booked our excursions through the owners and received a discount. Onil was our tour guide for all the excursions we did and he was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. The pool was nice to lounge in after a full day of fun in the sun. "

"Areli did a wonderful job welcoming us and had the house clean. House has all the amenities you could want. Everything worked well. The property had mango trees and a barbecue area along the river. "Great location! We had a week planned in Cayo with some of our family staying at the San Ignacio Hotel. This house was conveniently located right across the street! Easy to get to downtown and the highway. Juan, the caretaker, was quick to answer questions and help us with anything we needed. "We had a nice short stay. Place is close to town - walkable but dont attempt it midday - can be really hot. We had a couple of issues - fridge was very noisy - fan had to be replaced in the freezer. No hot water in the showers. It felt like the place was not checked before renting.. Samantha and Natasha were quick to respond and fix amost issues. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mahogany Hall. They were so friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious. They made sure that we were able to eat before our tours in the morning and even prepared our dinner a little early on the day of our arrival because we had not eaten.
