"Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay. Property was well positioned for visiting San Ignacio and Santa Elena. Property has similar name as another in area so can be confusing to locate if you're not paying attention but I don't fault the host for that.Lockbox was tricky to open for accessing keys but again a very trivial thing.Overall we were very happy with our stay."

"This place is wonderful and full of Italian character. David, our host, built the house and is very knowledgeable of the area. If you want a peaceful, private jungle getaway, this is the place for you. It is showing some age in places, but we prefer to stay at properties with character instead of the modern, sterile feel that many rentals have. There is no cheap, generic B&B art in this house. It is authentic and charming. Breakfasts on the deck were relaxing, as were evenings in the pool. "

"We arrived at the vrbo and realized we didn't have the entry code. I used whatsap to contact the host and she immediately called me with the entry code. The unit is plenty spacious. We had four adults fit comfortably. This is within walking distance of everything in San Ignacio. It is a great place to stay and the neighbors are friendly too!"

"Beautiful place and we loved our stay here. The owner, Dom, was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgable. You will love staying at Nabitunich if you are looking for something a little off the beaten path. This is bed and breakfast on a generationally owned family farm - dinner is also served in the evenings. We rented a car when we stayed here but other people staying at the same time did not and were able to get cabs (or hike!) into San Jose Succotz and the surrounding area. "

"Every staff member treated the customers like royalty. They were so friendly and welcoming. The property was breathtaking. A great spot for respite and relaxation. "My 5 night stay at the West House was fantastic. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. They were happy to give recommendations or call ahead to set a dinner reservation for you.The room was spotless and the king bed was super comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great in the shower. They offered a filtered water station out in the hall. This hotel is right on the outskirts of the little pedestrian business area, less than a 5 minute walk. This is as close to a 5 star experience as you can get in San Ignacio without staying at one of the resorts."

"Was doable for us as we were only staying for two nights. No fridge in room but had a communal fridge behind front desk and microwave. Had smart tv in room but couldn’t find any apps that worked but just signed in to my Netflix account. The staff was awesome and accommodating. Set in the middle of town where the market, restaurants, and nightlife. I would recommend. "
