"Struggled to check in but once we foind phone no and they communicated with us by WhatsApp because we didn’t speak Spanish and they didn’t speak English they were able to sort everything out. We are retired ladies not used to everything digital but we have learned a lot. We felt very safe Staff were friendly and helpful and we somehow managed to communicate ok. Room clean and comfortable. "Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We don’t speak Spanish but were made to feel so welcome and were listened to if we needed anything. It was a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, the kids pool was a hit.
