"I had such a great stay at the Renaissance Palm Springs! The hotel itself was beautiful, and relaxing but what truly made the experience extra special were the two amazing Filipino staff at the front desk. There was a gentleman (I didn’t catch his name!) and a lovely lady named Kesha (I think) both were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their warmth and genuine care really made me feel at home. It’s true what they say: Filipino hospitality is on another level, and they both proved it! Because of them, I enjoyed my days in Palm Springs even more.
