"Super attentive staff that always responded immediately to my questions. The hotel was exactly as pictured, and the location central to all the shopping & sights. A perfect stay!"
"Everything was outstanding - the staff, the apartment, amenities and location. It made our stay in Granada worry-free and pleasant. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it."
"Great stay for 3 nights! Location was great and walkable. Dining options were great as was local markets. Shopping was a few blocks for clothing and shoes! Parking was a few blocks away and spent 17 Euros daily so the only downfall. "
"Nice location and roof top swimming pool and laundry came in clutch on a long trip. A little difficult to drive to and parking is a ways from hotel but overall a good stay and many shops all around to visit and eat at "
"It was short walking distance to most places. There are Lots of restaurants , cafes , and mini supermarket .AL Hambra was 20-30 min walking but bus stop was less than 5 min walk. Property was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Claudia took extra time to give us directions and recommendations. Would definetely stay again"

Palacio de Santa Inés hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The property is unique, established within a (what looks like) an historical building. We loved the two courtyards and rooms being around the central courtyards. The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful and informative about things to do. Our bedroom was clean and spacious and the mini-bar was big enough to hold some of our own food items too. We were never bothered unnecessarily. The only issue I had was with the noises that came from movement in the upstairs bedrooms because, of course, there is no carpeting. That being said, the rooms all have individual air conditioning so you can set the temperature at your desired levels. The hotel staff kindly provided us with an extra fan as we were not used to the August heat and sent us a basket of fresh, seasonal fruits (substituted for the usual bottle of wine since we don’t drink alcohol. The hotel is situated just off the famous El Darro and getting into town is easily walkable, and doesn’t take long either. All in all, we loved this hotel and would go back again. "
"We had an amazing time and got the room with the view of the Alhambra. The breakfast was really good also. Very clean. Photo is the view from the room.
Please know that room is on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor. So you will have to carry your luggage to that room if you book it. Also there is no laundry room. You’ll have to walk your laundry about a half of a mile away to do it. "
"Great property close to downtown and Al Hambra. Great place, nice cold pool on top to cool off. Amazing Tapas place and Bodega called Bodegas Castineda. Cool city lots of fun. "
"A nice hotel, within reasonable walking distance (though with a bit of a climb) to the "Albaicin" area. If you're driving a car, then the hotel's underground on-site parking is a must (though it's a bit cramped).
As is usual for Spain, there's no real coffee in the room. ('Instant coffee' is not coffee!)"
Now a relaxing oasis surrounded by cafés, restaurants and flower sellers, this popular Granada plaza once was the site of Inquisition trials and bullfights.
During your trip to Granada, you can find the perfect gifts to bring home at Calle Gran Via de Colon. While in this walkable area, find time to visit its stunning cathedral.
