"Spacious, clean, comfortable accommodations at a reasonable rate. Only possible issue to some is that hot water for my shower was provided through solar heating and the water never really got warm in the mornings and evenings when I shower. The restaurant and bar were both great. The staff went out if their way to help with transportation to and from the resort. The LLV dive shop and divemasters and boatman made for fun, safe and memorable diving. I would come back."

"Very scenic/romantic place to stay. Staff were really kind/helpful. Food was nice. Tv was broken, but we did not need it. Aircon was working but needs the outside box replacing, very corroded/falling to bits. "

"A beautiful property. The pool was very nice. The staff were VERY friendly! The room was huge. Older property. But the bed was comfortable (memory foam). Coffee maker in the room. No safe. A balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean. A spectacular sunrise in the morning. Breakfast include. The property is very isolated from anything. No stores. You cant walk to anything - too far. I needed a ride to hlget to the highway so i could catch the van to San Jose. The beach was rather unkept and the ocean looked dark green and not too inviting. The photos of the beach looked fantastic. But, in reality, it was not that nice. But, again, it was very windy making tue water choppy this visit."

"After a very long trip to get there, I was greeted by the staff with "Oh sorry sir, your room will not be available for three days. Let us give you a different room until then." The room they offered was nearly a shack in the jungal, across the street from the beach with no refrigerator or wi fi."

"What a beautiful location. Right on the beach. Lots of chairs outside to just sit and take in the view of the mountains and islands out further in the water. The restaurant food is delicious. Lots of variety. Very reasonably priced. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Lots of them. They're always ready to serve. The pool is wonderful and clean. A walk on the long beach will make you forget any worries. They keep the property clean and well maintained. I felt so happy and relaxed there! The owner and his wife are wonderful people. I felt more like I was visiting them at their home, than staying at a resort. I would have loved to stay there for a couple of weeks."

"The Pro is dining within walking distance / The room are clean / location safe during the night. The Con is TV reception very poor / toilet accessory & sliding door damage / inconsistent hot water"

"The place was very near San Jose Airport. Staff are all accomodating and friendly. The place was good, transportation is accesible. Its just the aircon in the room was not that cold, maybe its because of the hot weather during our stay. Food at the dining is affordable. "

"A good value. Hot water shower, air conditioning, cable TV, comfortable bed, and backup generator (used during periodic "brown outs".) Their restaurant is closed but there are three nearby restaurants that are good. Two within easy walking distance and the third is quickly reached by tricycle (local transport). I'm always wary of these types of cottage style rooms as far as security. We had no problems or issues during our stay. Within walking distance of a SCUBA diving resort. Staff was acomodating to our needs."
