There was a horrible sewage odor in our room and hallway when we arrived at the hotel. We had one bath towel and one hand towel. We had to ask the desk for two more towels and never got any wash cloths. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Property was conveniently located, comfortable bed, small workout gym perfect for traveling and offered a good buffet style breakfast. Unfortunately it was not clear that the shuttle needed to be arranged in advance or else it was not available. I arrived at 1 am thinking I had transportation but had to call a taxi. Otherwise, I was pleased with all the other services.

Great quick stay for us near the airport. Our flight landed after 11pm so we came here for the evening. Check in was fast and all of the staff were very friendly. The one complaint is the wind tunnel noise on the second floor when we closed our door. The windy/ghost howling noise was relentless. Other than that it was perfect for the money.

I have reserved in this hotel because in the description they have airport shuttle free and when I arrived it was very hard to contact them to call the shuttle to picked me up and after I check in the lady told me that it was free for Venetian hours which it was very inconvenient because the hours are ridiculous for the flights like from 7 am to 5 pm I mean most flights from USA for example are at night, moreover they is a charge if you want to schedule a shuttle instead it’s better to get uber and don’t stay in this hotel.

We had an amazing experience staying in this property. We would like to thank Jenifer for her help with the check-in, and check-out process, and planning for the day trips! Breakfast was good. My only concern is about the Bathroom condition. It is not up to a 4-star standard hotel, but it is just okay.

I got to the hotel after midnight and the staff treated me so well, someone took all my luggages and took me to my room. Really happy with my stay. Breakfast is included and the check out is at 1. I highly recommend this place.
