"I would like to give this hotel a wonderful review. It is an amazing hotel but needs many improvements. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. I walked around for 6-8 minutes before someone arrived. They didn't seem to be expecting us. Our room, a suite, was not prepared. It was dirty ..."
