Paseo Caribe as whole seems it’s been declining. No choices for dining unless you get out of the area. The front desk personnel was amazingly good. The guy who did our check in was working double shift (sorry I forgot his name) and still he has the best attitude. He needs to be truly recognized. The room was clean. It has an amazing view.

La ubicación es muy buena cerca del Viejo San Juan y varios lugares donde comer. Para esta ocasión separamos 2 habitaciones por 4 noches. A una de las habitaciones le dieron servicio de housekeeping un solo dia por que notificamos en el lobby. El servicio solo consistió en arreglar las camas y botar la basura del zafacón que se encuentra en el área donde estan las camas. En el área del baño cambiaron las toallas pero no limpiaron ni botaron la bazura. A la otra habitacion, nunca le dieron el servicio de housekeeping.

The property is located in a good place The breakfast was not good ,only cereal and bagels very ,very poor. Every time I came out of hotel there was a garbage smell around it , real bad smell.

This hotel has potential because it’s in a great location BUT it really needs to be updated. From furniture, appliances, to the carpet, things are old, rusty, grimy, musty scent etc. The breakfast is for poor college students (mini cereal boxes, fruit, yogurt, white bread toast, tea/coffe). Parking was $50 a night & the parking garage is located behind the hotel that you will need to walk 5-10 mins to get back to the hotel. I stayed for 4 nights & room service only came on my last night after I requested daily. They also did a terrible job because our sheets were not changed they just redid our beds. No washcloths provided. We were told to use the hand towels so we had to go buy our own loofahs. The carpet was dirty so we walked around in flip flops in the rooms. We made sure we left early in the morning & came back to the hotel room late at night just to shower & go to bed because we did not want to spend any time at the hotel. Do not stay here. Add a little extra money to your budget & get a better hotel & peace of mind to relax in your hotel room.

I loved the staff so nice and friendly and it was a good room overall but walking to the room, even the door handles weren’t well cleaned, our bathroom seems to have been sprayed with cleaning spray but never wiped off. There seemed to be a small plaza but most seemed closed, we had to walk to the other hotel to find nice small stores to buy snacks and boutiques. But location and view were amazing as well! A simple nice breakfast.
