Terrible experience. The room was unclean, smelly sheets, and an overall unpleasant odor. I had to sleep on top of the bed for my entire stay. Despite requesting cleaning, housekeeping never showed up for two days. When I asked for a refund to move to another hotel, they refused. On top of that, the neighborhood felt unsafe, and the karaoke bar in the same building made it unbearably noisy. Staying here ruined my trip. Avoid at all costs!

The worst of my PR experience because the access code to your hotel room does not work and you will be locked out of your room! Downstairs is a bar and music is deafening! We checked in around X’mas 2024. The hotel didn’t have any front desk staff on site, we were given a pin to enter on the our room door’s keypad to access our room (this is normal in San Juan or PR). The staff on the phone promised me beforehand that the pin to access our room would work. However, upon our arrival, it turned out the access pin didn’t work. I called the hotel customer srv #, the staff asked me to call back, said she was checking w her mgr. But she never called me back. I kept calling customer srv over and over for an hour, nobody picked up. My child and I were outside the hotel room door (in lobby), sitting on the flr w our luggage for over an hour, sweating in the PR’s 90 degree heat. Downstairs bar’s music was deafening. After my multiple attempts to call the hotel’s customer srv, the lady eventually picked up; she changed us to another room and provided an access code that actually worked. When I checked out, I complained to the hotel mgmt and asked for a discount of the hotel charge due to their door access code not working. However, the mgmt refused to provide any type of discount. Essentially its refusal means: “We have charged your cr card already, what else can you do about it?! Suck it up!”

My son and I arrived and were disturbed by the neighborhood altogether. The advertisement presented was not true to the location and I called the advertised number on the billboard at the location and they informed me of the procedure for entry, which was also left out of the original property advertisement. The Coral Princess then after an hours conversation, honored the contract and found a less roomy space at the 1157 Magdalena, Ave location. where I paid an additional $250 for the single room, one bed I had to share with my son!

No hay recepción y si tienes que dejar el equipaje no es posible. La habitación está bien, limpia y con artículos de tocador. El lugar es ruidoso, si buscas descanso y tranquilidad no es lo adecuado. Si buscas un lugar cerca de bares, restaurantes definitivamente está bien. Demoraron en enviarme la información para acceder al lugar, estuve más de 30 minutos esperando y me enviaron cuando me comuniqué con ellos. Fui por un viaje de negocios y no creo que vuelva si es por este motivo.
