This property is like a fortress once inside but not really a tourist area and you are very close to some undesirable areas, saying that,, we had no issues. Also there water was barely warm, which we didn't need until the morning of departure and no time to complain.

While the customer service was excellent and the bedroom was clean and organized, the location of the bedroom was not good. Also, there were tree branches causing issue by denying easy access to the bedroom. In addition, there was a lot of noise going on the premises of the hotel and the surroundings.

Our trip was great, the property was clean and the instructions to get into the property and how to get the keys were very clear. The staff made sure to reach out to us and follow up on our stay.
