Spectacular 3000 sf house with swimming pool, basketball court and sun terrace with ocean view to Luquillo Beach and Mountain view to El Yunque rainforest.

This vacation villa property is 3 quarters of a acre and is located in a private double gated community with 24 hour security. The house is a 4 bedroom which includes a King size bed in the master bedroom with a 50 inch Television, Queen size beds in room number 2 and 3, and a bunk bed (Full/Twin) in the 4th bedroom. The family room has a queen pull out sofa and a single person couch/futon in the back room. Every room in the house is equipped with A/C. The villa has a main floor open terrace with outside dining table for 8 guest. The family room is equipped with a 60 inch LED 4K Television. The back game room is fitted with a 43 inch television with a Xbox One game system (2 controllers) and various games. The villa is equipped with Cable TV ,150 mps Wi-Fi and wireless speaker. Backyard has a 15x30 kidney shaped swimming pool with lighting system and BBQ grill with propane tank. The outside area also boasts a Charcoal/Wood burning BBQ chiminea and wash station. The pool area has a outside bathroom with outdoor shower.

The resort style villa has a Granite top full kitchen with fully stocked kitchenware and stainless steel appliances. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The house is equipped with a 600 gallon reserve tank and is supplied with hot water.

The is villa is located in Northeastern Puerto Rico and is minutes away from Beautiful Luquillo Beach and El Yunque Rainforest. Other nearby tourists spots are Bio Bay Fajardo, The Famous Kiosks of Luquillo and Seven Seas Beach. Vieques and Culebra are reachable by near bye Ferrys or Air Transportation. The El Conquistador Golf course and Rio Mar Golf Culb are located within 15 minutes.

Mom's 70th in an awesome place

The House was in a great location close to the kiosk, beach and rainforest. Beautiful view and very comfortable. Only thing to be aware of is some of the locals make it a point to let us know we weren't welcome so dining out chose wisely.

Lovely home
We had a great vacation in Luquillo. House was in lovely, safe neighborhood within a short drive to beaches, rainforest, Fajardo (where many exciting tours began), supermarket, restaurants. Favorite areas on property was beautiful outdoor verandas (upper and lower), pool, enormous backyard. We were an extended family of ten.

Beautiful property
We loved this property, especially the back yard!! Beautiful and huge with activities to keep everyone in our group happy. We didn’t spend much time inside but it was clean and spacious and worked well for us. Somethings are a little rundown but only cosmetically. We also loved the location. It was easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores, the beach and the airport. Would highly recommend to a group who loves spending time outdoors!!

The house is nice and spacious but needs a little work. The paint for some walls are peeling off ( looks like mold) and the pool wasn’t clean. Even though we enjoyed our stay and had a great time in family. I will definitely come back.

In a short summary, this property is beautiful but unfortunate. It’s rundown and has a lot of water damage within the house and it seems the owner is not keeping it up. When it rain water will come through the windows. At the end, we have some issues with bedbugs which are we dealing with now. When I bought it to the owners attention about the leaks, all he said was yeah we record the windows. It’s so sad because the property is beautiful, but we paid a good amount of money to stay here so please disregard this property when you’re renting in luquillo.

Amazing family vacation
The double gated community made us feel very safe. The house is spacious with lots of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The kids enjoyed the basketball court, playing catch in the back yard, and definitely swimming in the pool. We used the grill every day and enjoyed just hanging out. There are two super markets near by, gas stations, and by Luquillo beach all the restaurants you need. Revolution pizza was one of our favorite - keep an eye out for the 18% already included gratuity. This was a great family vacation with lots of wonderful memories.

Ceiling was leaking all over the dinning room, Kitchen Counter, and entrance to outside
we would have enjoyed ourselves, if the constant water leaking from the ceiling would have been repaired. No one showed up to fix the issue for the 7 days that we were there. 3 adults were infected with raspatory conditions. "Led in the paint" NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Host ignored us completely!

Absolutely incredible rental property
Juan, first things, first. We had a great time at your Luquillo property. We usually take our family vacations at the beach. This was the first time we have taken our annual PR family vacation off-beach. We felt totally safe inside a dual gated community. We were very impressed with the owner’s response to a minor maintenance issue, he had it taken care of immediately. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have needed and more. When we weren’t exploring the countryside, we lounged by the beautiful pool or just enjoyed the quietness of the terraces. Our totally enjoyable, week long experience, was mostly due to the location and all the facilities/amenities available at your Pitahaya property. The location was perfect. It gave us access to numerous interesting places to visit/explore. We went to 3 different beaches, El Yunque Rainforest, Ziplining and Hacienda Chocolat where we toured an “Eco” cacao farm. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental property to everyone we know!! Thanks Juan for your outstanding support and help!!

Paradise house
First of all Juan the property owner is so nice and easy to deal with, he responded all our questions very quick, gave us places where we can go, The house is beautiful plenty of room for the whole family(we were 8), the pool is nice and we were really happy on it, it has a tv with games for the kids in a section only for the kids, separated living rooms. clean, the kitchen is big ,it has all the things that you see in the pictures and more, it is located in a private neighborhood, with excellent security, quiet, more family oriented that anything else, for all of you that ask about the beach like we were before our trip it is about 5to 7 minutes drive is Luquillo Beach, clean beach calm water, right in front of the beach is located a place call kioskos de Luquillo which is like a small restaurants with puerto rican food, San Juan is about 45 minutes drive and you can do it every day to enjoy San Juan life and still make it back to the house. Personally I recommend this house to anybody taht want a good time and in a nice place, it is like having your own private paradise in a country that is a paradise you won't regretted, I was a the beginning not sure about the house but now that I did it I was so happy with it that when me and my family go back to Puerto Rico we make sure to rent this house again. Birthday trip well spent
We rented this house to celebrate my mothers 65th birthday. There were 5 women, 3 over 50. Overall the house was lovely. It is in a great little gated community. Easy to find via google maps. Very close to stores, the beach, the kiosks and other restaurants. For our needs we may have changed some things a bit. There are 3 TVs but the ones in common areas aren’t really set up for gathering. The water pressure in the showers was fairly nonexistent but the water got hot so that’s a plus. The tile floors could have used a few rugs as they are cold. The room with the bunk beds could use bit of a rethink. As an adult I couldn’t sit up on the bottom bunk. I’m 5’5 but still too tall. I think even if it were two twins but seperate it would have been more comfortable HOWEVER the master bedroom is massive and the balcony off it is beautiful. The covered dining outside is also lovely. The pool though small is GREAT to have. We spent a lot of time sun bathing and taking quick dips in the pool. Could use an extra lounger and we bought a new pool floaty and left it for the next guests. I would absolutely happily stay at this home again. It was easy communicating with the owner. It was an easy drive from the airport. The community was quiet except for the birds and the frogs. Iguanas will come hang out by the pool so don’t freak out. Overall it was a great time and price for value was spot on.

Looks great but has problems
We stayed at this house with our family. Seven of us in all. The location and neighborhood were great. The kids loved the pool. It’s close to the Yunque National Rain Forrest and beaches. I’d give this house a five star rating if it weren’t for the overall state of disrepair. During heavy rains (think rain forest) the entire house leaked so much water everything was wet. The windows, ceilings and walls all leaked. Regretfully we were there during Fiona when there was a lot of rain BUT other homes in the neighborhood didn’t experience the same problem. There was at least a 1/4 inch of water covering most of the family room and dining room every morning. We had to squeegee it out every day. More leaks popped up everyday coming out of light fixtures and bedrooms ceilings. It’s most likely the reason many of the lights and outlets in the house don’t work. The owner seems to think this is normal for concrete houses but the neighbors didn’t have the same problem. Overall the house looks great on paper and could be a great rental but it needs repair. The owner gave us a partial refund and offered a hotel for our last night to compensate us which I appreciated. IF the home gets repaired I would highly recommend but it’s in a high rain area and in my opinion isn’t safe with water flowing in and around electrical outlets. The neighbors were amazing and loaned us a gas cook stove when power outage left us with no way to cook. The house has an electric cooktop. The BBQ that came with the home was broken. Neighbors jumped in to help and we are forever grateful for their kindness.

Slechte staat van onderhoud
Voor een dergelijke woning met een dergelijke tarief verwacht je niet dat het plafond lekt, de koelkast gedeeltelijke niet werkt, het hele huis vochtig is van binnen en dat de verf van de muren los komt. Daarnaast hadden we lost van ongedierte (kakkerlakken). Dit nog los van het feit dat de totale inrichting oud is, XBOX zitten geen opladers in, wc's zijn zeer oud en vies, zelfde voor de wastafels, etc. De locatie is perfect, de omgeving is goed, echter dit huis was jaren geleden waarschijnlijk een top villa, maar nu niet meer.

The property is very nice however does need a little TLC the ceiling leaks in the kitchen and dining room due to the AC or rain so makes it a little difficult to eat in those areas. The pool area is refreshing just wish the owner had more lounge chairs other than that great place to stay very secure
