Excellent with respect to the airport; however there is nothing else close. In the morning we had to walk back over to the airport to catch a cab. That too was a bit of an adventure. The free breakfast was really good…busy, but worth the wait.

It's an airport hotel, you come hear for convenience. We arrived arround midnight, and the hotel lobby is around 10 mins from bad claim. We had checkef in and were in bed within 20 mins of our baggage coming off the carousel. Receptionist pleasant enough, but just fid the basics. Room isn't large and internally makes some serdy motel look good. Needs some refurbishment, but looks like the picture so can't complain. No plug in sink or bath tub - poor. Breakfast basic and greasy, just a fuel stop. At £169/ night it's ridiculously overpriced, but as I said convenient. Just very noisy due to location and inconsiderate other guests. Use only by necessity.

It was a very convenient option for me as I arrived in a late flight and you provide 24/7 Front desk service therefore I was able to check in promptly. Easy Walking distance to American Airlines where I made my next connection. San Juan Airport Hotel provides comfortable rooms, very clean and comfy beds. I rested well for the next flight.

It's great for a night stay if you've arrived late to your destination but over-priced. Breakfast was not good. The only thing that looked good to eat was the bagels. I wasn't a fan but am a fan that there's a hotel right there at the airport.

We stayed here only for the convenience as we had an early-morning check in the next day. There was only one young lady checking in, so we had to wait quite awhile. There was another employee that looked like they were about to go to dinner. He had a mask on, but was coughing over and over and was obviously sick. The shower has no door, so it floods the floor a lot!!! The shower also didn’t have much pressure. The bed was comfortable but had the thinnest of blankets between two sheets and didn’t seem big enough to come up high enough to cover our shoulders. There was coffee, but one of the cream packets was so old that it had turned into the consistency of chewed gum. We were exhausted from our long drive, so we skept just fine. The only reason to stay here is for the convenience.

Super convenient location if you have an early morning flight to catch. Everything you need is there, including laundry facilities. Staff are great, breakfast is good and included. The only problem to be aware of is that there is no place to leave a car for a few minutes as you unload luggage and check-in. Not the hotel’s fault, but the airport parking police won’t even let you stop for five minutes. Suggestion: Have the hotel arrange for an area in front where guests can leave cars for 15-30 minutes while they check in.
