The rooms are to small for 2 people the hot water in the was unsafe that will burn your skin so we had to move to a different room the shower leak out in the hallway other than that it was okay the maintenance guy from Ohio I forgot his name he was helpful

I would have given five stars all around, except we had NO HOT WATER the next morning for a shower. We had terrible travel day the day prior and needed that shower. They didn’t respond to my complaint when I emailed them.

Somos hotel was fantastic! Walking distance to many places you would like to go in condado like the beach, restaurants like Cafe 18 (authentic food). However, the experience really brings it the cleanliness of the hotel and Clark, the hotel attendant. He was simply amazing! Things that we needed for our stay, he made sure we had them. Always making sure to stop and connect with guests, very courteous. Our flight didn’t arrive until 4am. However, we were able to enter the hotel and our room without any inconvenience. The hotel would respond to any of our inquiries via email or would call us directly. The only thing was not enough warm water from the shower, but after long hours out in the heat, hot water didn’t matter anymore. I can’t say enough Thank you for the wonderful experience and allowing to have an enjoyable time! Maria and Paula

This property is new and clean, love the colors and decoration. The staff are re super nice except Zachary he was disrespectful with me when I called to the hotel to ask for a credit because I stayed for two nights and they charge me for three’s, another down was when I did the reservation through Expedia and even in the hotel page said that they charge for cleaning and resort fees wha I understand because all hotel in PR charge resort fees but room cleaning never heard that. Clark was very helpful and professional. The rooms are small but for a night or two is more than enough.

Super welcoming atmosphere & friendly staff, staying @ Somos Hotel was a great experience, we had a very comfortable stay while immersing ourselves in the rich culture of the area. My stay at Somos Hotel was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beautiful blend of contemporary art and culture showcased throughout the hotel. The hotel’s connection to the local community is truly special, with stunning works from local artisans featured in the design of each room. Every corner felt thoughtfully curated to reflect the vibrant energy of San Juan. The location in the heart of San Juan made exploring the city incredibly easy. I enjoyed walking the historic streets of Old San Juan, visiting the famous Castillo San Felipe del Morro, and relaxing on the stunning Condado Beach, all just a short distance from the hotel. The amenities were perfect – free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, and air conditioning in all the rooms kept everything comfortable and convenient. I stayed at the Somos hotel for a a small retreat, and it was just what I needed! Located super close to the beach and a short walk from vibrant local shops, the location couldn't be better. The check-in process was quick, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, offering us complimentary snacks and coffee. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, The bed was super comfy, ensuring we got plenty of rest. Overall, I highly recommend Somos hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
