Good location and convenient to the bridge, which leads to old San Juan and other jurisdictions. This property has its own beach, which opens up to the public as well. Cons: Only one elevator working. Room Service was poor. Slow service at mason cafe. Only 5 available umbrellas at the beach. AC makes noise. Closet is in the bathroom. Shower pressure wasn’t that great. Bathroom doors don’t lock.

This hotel is in a great location in San Juan. It is on edge of Condado with bridge just separating it from Old Town San Juan. It has many restaurants just down the street of all types. The hotel has great pools. Right on water. Across the street is the Hilton Garden Inn which has a great hot tub over looking the bay so allows you to see more as reciprocity. As for Condado itself. I’d give it a 4 star in terms of ratings. We had to wait 21/2-3hours for our room even though we arrived at 4 because the room wasn’t ready. It was over New Year week so I will give a little slack to housekeeping. They did clean our room every day. Front desk was a 3 star in friendliness. But beautiful lobby, some interior bars and restaurants. Valets were very helpful as were Concierge. There is a Starbucks at corner so easy for coffee. Rooms were nice, beds a tad stiff but overall nice. The rooms were clean. Ac worked well. We self parked and self parking was v easy and convenient. Despite wait and less than friendly/ understaffed front desk, we would stay here again. Views of city are great. Great views of ocean and good overall hotel.

We had an infant with us and needed a crib. The hotel staff did not pay attention to our needs in spite of asking for at least 15-20 times. The coffee machine was broken and so was the bathroom sliding door. The location is good but I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a great location however there is no restaurants in the hotel. We have stayed here many times before and there was several restaurants in the hotel. The pools and the pool bar do need some attention as they are a little run down. We did go over to the hotel across the street that use to be a part of this hotel and the renovation that was done there is absolutely beautiful, hope that this hotel does the same.

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the direct access to the beach and ocean view. Check-in was supposed to be 4pm, but my room wasn’t ready until 8pm because they didn’t have “clean rooms available yet”. Once the room was ready, it still looked as if all they did was replenish towels and made the beds. The floors weren’t cleaned, the vanity and entertainment table had water marks all over, too. There was unrepaired damage to a wall where an electrical/technology outlet had been moved/replaced. Overall, the property is very dated, dirty and needs a total remodel. All the restaurant/bar counters were dirty. The lobby bathroom was out of service. The pool bathrooms were disgusting. The pools were freezing so you couldn’t take advantage of the swim up bar and everyone crammed into the jacuzzi; even kids under 16 which weren’t supposed to be allowed in there. You had to turn in your towels by 6pm or would be charged $35 for each. So, you couldn’t even enjoy the jacuzzi after that time. This hotel should charge motel rates for as bad of a condition it is in. It is definitely not worth the high rates it charges.

We were disappointed that the hotel overbooked our room. We had to sleep in our rental car for 1 night due to hotel incompetence. Staff seemed not to care for anyone. Multiple families were turn away because of the hotel incompetence. Will not stay there anymore and do not recommend.

Property is in need of a serious make over.. The lobby at the Hotel is very nice but the rooms, balconies, pool area are very outdated and rusted out. Pool area has huge iguanas and made customers uncomfortable, pool towels has stains and holes in them. Rooms furniture had rust on them and the bed was not comfortable at all. Room Balconies and furniture rusted and out dated as well… One last thing, please remove refrigerator out of Bathroom it just doesn’t feel right!

The hotel wasn't too bad Did not have a private beach only private access to the beach so you were sharing the beach with the locals and it's very small.. very hard to get a chair on the beach.. chairs around the pool area same situation.. The hotel does not monitor people that save chairs in the morning and never show up until late afternoon so then when other people want chairs they don't have any.. also there are a set of elevators by the lobby only one of them worked.. there was a single elevator by the pool that did work but if you were waiting by the lobby you were waiting a long time sometimes you were able to squeeze in the service elevator which is right behind the elevator in the lobby.. We ran out of toilet paper on day two I was staying in a room with four people It took 4 separate trips down by different adults staying in the room to request toilet paper .. finally it was brought to our room 3 hours later.. It was after the housekeeping staff did leave for the day though.. The housekeeping staff was excellent very accommodating and they clean the room twice while we were there

Property has 2 main elevators but only 1 is working. According to the staff, that other elevator has not been working for over a year. The elevator skips floors too and you may have to wait for an extended time. The other "secret" elevator is on the other end of the hallway, which the front desk will not tell you about. This elevator has broken lights so you never know if the buttons you pressed are working or not. There is no housekeeping unless you specifically request for it. Also, watch out for those guys by the beach who will charge you for lounge chairs, it should be free and included with your hotel stay. The plumbing is bad and loud. Otherwise, the staff at the hotel are very nice.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and in a convenient location. We arrived a few hours early and was able to check in without a problem. The staff was friendly. We felt very safe here.

Really nice location with multiple pools, hottub, and very easy beach access. Beachfront view is amazing. The room cleanliness was adequate but we required an extra cleaning of the bathroom which had a strong moldy smell. Daily maid service didnt come one day. Our door and safe lock both were not working and required separate calls. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, but I wish we didn't have to call them in the first place!
