"Le foto sono vecchie. Attualmente la proprietà è da aggiornare con un rinnovo o almeno una revisione generale mobili, aperture ante.... Forno inutilizzabile, microonde mancante. Atrezzatura giardino obsuleta da sostituire, inoltre il terreno mal tenuto. La casa è situata adiacente al una strada molto trafficata, quindi i possibile usufruire del giardino. Nota positiva, spiagge belle e vicine."
