My husband and I love this property and have stayed here once before. It’s a beautiful Inn with the Bob Jones walking/biking path right behind the property. However, the rooms need work, the shower gives just enough water to barely get wet (you have to run around in the shower) , and it doesn’t getter hotter than look warm, one of the sink faucets in the bathroom had a cold handle that did not work, and the curtains would not move without fighting with them for 20 min. On the positive side, the free coffee, water and charging station for EV cars is wonderful as well as the bikes you can borrow to ride on the trail. Overall we still have a fondness for this place, it just needs some TLC.

I like the fire place in my room. Friendly staff. Good coffee in their market place which offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lovely and flat trails around the property.

I enjoy staying at this property. I'm the past, my wife and I have found this location to be excellent. This is the first time I've stayed on floor# 1 and I found the bathroom disappointing. The tub was too hard to get in and out of and there was a frequent gurgling in the sink and shower. The gurgling was usually accompanied by an odor.

The front desk was Super helpful and accommodating. The common area was warm and inviting and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The proximity and access to the walking trail to the beach is awesome. The amenities in the room, fireplace and fridge were great. Would definitely stay here again.

We love the area around Avila. It was a little hard to find, but once we realized it was by the store off Bob Jone's Trail, we had no problem. There weren't a lot of amenities like breakfast or an exercise room, but for an inexpensive place to sleep at the coast it was very nice.

There was a lot of construction. Our fireplace was broken. I was very disappointed about that. The cold water handle on one bath sink was broken. And we were missing a chair and bedside lamp that the other rooms had. We were in room 214. The nice night manager did bring us a chair and offered a small discount for the broken fireplace. But that was still disappointing

We love this hotel. This is our second time staying here. The location is great, especially the walking trail behind the property. We also had breakfast at the little market located nearby. Also recommend the restaurant Gardens of Avila, less than a mile away. Excellent food.

Fire place broken and jetted tub didn’t work or stay plugged. Both reasons why we picked that property to stay in and didn’t get to use either. It was clean and staff was nice and was in a cozy and close to beach area. Just wish everything worked.
