"Our room was fantastic and just as advertised when we booked. I highly recommend this as a romantic getaway for a couple.
The views from the Balcony were amazing and the Jacuzzi was very nice to enjoy after a long beach day."
"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It felt like we were staying as a guest at someones home. The best part of this stay was the staff. Franchesca was a true pleasure. She made sure our stay was perfect and was always working day and night to make sure everyone was happy. Her mother Giusy was wonderful as well. She ran the breakfast in the mornings and helped out with guests as well. Was a great experience from staying at a regular hotel. I would definitely stay here again."
"Best of everything. Traditional, beach across the road, restaurant options close by and 20min drive to Taormina. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff and surroundings. "
"The hotel was well located to the bech and bus terminal. the hotel was satisfactory. the view of Mount Etna and beach was very nice.. Main issue was the coffee and juice machines. the coffee was actually chicory and not coffee at all. the juice was not fresh but seened to be some sort of powder mixture. breakfast was satisfactory. croissants had hairs in on first and second visit. not much help from reception regards trips and now to get there."
"A great hotel with very friendly staff with the added bonus of a view of Etna from our balcony for my volcano obsessed son. Good food throughout the day and a decent pool. Beds were quite hard, which I thought would be a problem, but slept very well. Would recommend."
"Clean, large shower, very convenient location to the restaurants and shops. We stayed there twice in 2019 and came back again. The hosts were very friendly."

"Love the hotel and all of the amenities, activities, and food choices offered. The private beach was perfect and with the restaurants, bars, and pools one wouldn’t have to leave to hotel if they did not want to. My one dissatisfaction is the service overall was very slow - everything from questions to check in was a 15-20min process. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this to friends and family! "

Cozy and brand new two-story house with terrace and garden
4/10 Poor
"This property is two separate units - so not ideal for our family of five, three children. An upstairs which is very mildly renovated - but with a functional air conditioner (which is where two children slept to keep cool). And downstairs, which appears quite newly renovated, because evidently, there has been water damage, which has left a horrible smell in the apartment. Fans in the rooms are not efficient. Air quality is very poor. It smells as though someone has smoked for years in these units, therefore, 'freshly washed' towels all smelled like smoke. Air conditioning not existent downstairs, but something like a dehumidifier was on – not sure it did much. Coffee machine downstairs was non functional and made a mess. This place DOES have a gas stove upstairs, which is stated that it doesn't on the site. The host was able to accommodate a later check in for which we were grateful. The parking space assigned to the apartment is very tricky to maneuver in and out of, and ultimately led to an unfortunate dent in our rental car. The garden is lovely, but requires sweeping daily from fallen flowers and leaves and perhaps a hose down of the tile, due to bird droppings everywhere. Flies in the washroom around the shower and on the last night, I killed a cockroach in the downstairs washroom. It's sad that this was our longest stay and one that did not deliver. The location was good, with a grocery store within walking distance. But there was nowhere to go on foot at nighttime"
"Great location with several dining options. Quick drive to Taormina or Naxos beach. Beach is a little too rocky for small children but we anticipated that. Hotel staff were very helpful and parking is monitored just a down the street. "
"Hotel was good, friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast was plentiful if you liked what was on offer.
Downside was the double bed was just two singles pushed together with double sheets keeping it together. This was disappointing."
"We had to make this reservation at the very last moment as our original reservation at another venue got cancelled. The Caesar Palace was very accommodating. The gentleman who was attending the front desk was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The breakfast was very good. I think the dinner buffet was very average. Overall, I would give this 4 out of 5 stars."
"A great hotel, overseen by a manager who looks for perfection and gets it.
An excellent breakfast
Whilst our room faced on to the mainish road the double glazing and shutters cut out all the noise."
