"Quite possible the best VRBO Stay we've had! Cute little Bungalow nestled in a quiet neighborhood just outside New Braunfels Texas. Short Drives to all the cool places to visit! Our host is AMAZING. She worked with us to move our visit date with NO hiccups. She answered questions "same day" and more often than not "SAME HOUR." And seeing the HERDS of deer each evening and morning was a big bonus! HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!! "

"We booked the house to celebrate our daughter's birthday with some of her closest friends. The house was well situated in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular hill country views. There was plenty of room for the ten of us and many options for entertainment. The games room, especially the pool table and air hockey table, were a great hit! "Girlfriend getaway perfect spot. The pool was closed for the season, and the hot tub was down after a storm but property management team was amazing with trying to fix it and having good communication. Would stay there again when it gets warmer for sure. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, especially being right on the river and so close to all the fun in Gruene! The house is very well stocked, from the kitchen to the linens to the tubes and kayaks outdoors. Our kids spent hours and hours in the water. A couple things to note - while there were enough beds for our large group, the room with the bunk beds is not actually a private room, as it must be passed through to get to two of the other bedrooms. "We had a great time! The house and location were awesome! The house was spacious and open. Beautiful master bedroom and bath. We would definitely come back again. The kids loved playing in the garage. It was a bit too cool to enjoy the pool, so we were happy to have the hotub. Only negatives were no working icemakers, couches a bit stained and dirty. "My wife and I were looking for a last-minute place to stay in Austin. So happy we found this house. It was wonderfully furnished and clean. Great kitchen and comfortable living area with big sofa and large TV. Cute backyard. The host was amazing and accommodating. We will definitely book this house again!"

The house was spotless, in a perfect location, and truly felt like a home away from home.
