Holiday Farm Al Cir 400B

Comfortable two-bedroom apartment with panoramic south-facing balcony, which can accommodate up to 4 adults + 1 child under 14 years age.

This flat, furnished in perfect Dolomites style, stands out particularly for its south-facing balcony with spectacular panoramic view on the Dolomites.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, of which one is a double and one is a single room, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed.

The kitchenette has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher (only in the apartment B), oven, cooking plates, coffee machine, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs.

Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

The holiday farm Al Cir offers two cozy apartments in a spectacular panoramic position, a few minutes away from the slopes of Piculin and La Erta, as well as from its mountain stations!

This cozy mountain house boasts an idyllic panoramic location in the middle of greenery, where you can enjoy the Dolomites to the full. The authentic farm life, in the middle of unique alpine meadows and farm animals will delight you.

Two bright and comfortable holiday flats, both with south-facing balcony and panoramic view, are waiting for your arrival.

In winter, the Piculin slope is about 500 m away from the house, the mountain stations of the Piculin cable car and the Piz de Plaies cable car, on the other hand, are about 900 m away. It is the ideal position to experience two ski areas in the Dolomiti Superski resort, because the Piculin slope leads you directly to the bus connection to the Sellaronda and the La Erta slope leads you to San Vigilio, from where you can directly reach the Plan de Corones.

In summer, the Al Cir house gives its best, in the middle of idyllic nature and directly in the hiking area, with breathtaking hikes between San Vigilio and San Martino. All other hiking hotspots like Pederü and Antermoia can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The village centres of San Vigilio and Piculin, where various shopping facilities are available, can be reached in a few minutes by car. The closest dining option is the house-owned Al Cir hut, which is a 15-minute walk or a few minutes' drive away.

The house guests will enjoy a special discount at the Al Cir Hut and at the Ütia da Rit Hut in La Valle in Badia, both property of the Videsott family.

The Al Cir farm holiday is well equipped for children with families, with various play facilities in the shared garden. Your children will especially enjoy petting the domestic animals such as cattle, ponies and many others.

During your holiday in the house Al Cir you will not miss anything, because the house has private parking, free Wi-Fi, washing machine (on request), ski and bike deposit, free bed linen and towels.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!

Schöne Unterkunft
Es ist eine herrliche Lage, wobei man bedenken muss, daß es nur eine Auffahrstrasse gibt. Diese war bei uns durch Unwetter beschädigt worden und wurde saniert. Dadurch war tagsüber nur für kurze Zeit eine Passage möglich. Also immer genug Vorräte haben. Auf dem Bergplateau waren relativ neu einige Wanderwege und für Kinder Abenteuer Spielplätze angelegt, die Google noch nicht kennt.
