Disliked: Communication
The property itself was fine, the problem was communication. We've use Expedia many times and in previous bookings we deal with Expedia and the hotel/apartment. With this booking it appeared to be between me and a letting agent. I obtained agreement for an early check in at a specific time. Upon arrival there was no sign of the letting agent. I phoned the number provided for the letting agent but they did not answer so I could not get into the apartment. When the Albatros reception finally opened they did not know of me but finally they agreed to let us into the grounds where I could access the apartment.
