The location is perfect! Walking distance to El Mirador! The hotel is very clean! Our room was amazingly beautiful! Very cozy!! I love the rooftop too! Plus the free breakfast! The staff— KARLA— is amazing!! She is very helpful! I don’t know how to speak spanish and when i had to change our bus schedule she didn’t hesitate to help me! She is very friendly too! Thank you so much for your help Karla!! I will surely stay to this hotel again.

This hotel is amazing!! The property is beautiful! My room was cozy , big and has a great spa like bathroom. The bathrobes are a plus. Jesus at the front fest was nice, courteous and helpful. Our rooftop breakfast was delicious and the cooks were willing to satisfy our hunger with their excellent cooking skills. I will definitely come back to this hidden gem.

The pictures and videos showed the rooms a lot bigger than they actually are. They did not provide clean sheets when they cleaned the room, they offered breakfast and we showed up and there was nothing.

The place was super pretty and clean. The staff was nice and helpful, great communication. Breakfast was really good and bed super comfy. The only bad thing I could think about was the noise of the street in the morning was loud and constantly woke us up even though the windows were closed. Above that, everything was great.
