Horrible experience! Our reservation with Expedia was confirmed and paid. Cristina, the manager of the hotel told us she did not receive our Expedia reservation and that they no longer worked with Expedia. It was 21h, we found ourselves without accommodation, and instead of being sorry and finding a solution, she did not care, was rude and told us to call Expedia. When she finally proposed us a room in another hotel, she made us pay to her directly and gave us the room keys. It turned out it was a 1 star hostal she was also runninh, in the middle of a village near by, no swimming pool, no view, very basic, and not cheap. NEVER AGAIN! FLEE THIS PLACE AND THIS WOMAN!

Pasamos una noche y descansamos genial. La terraza tiene una vista preciosa de la zona, tomarse algo viendo el atardecer y escuchando los pájaros es maravilloso. La atención por parte de todo el personal del hotel fue excelente.

Am ersten Abend übler Geruch im Zimmer ( ich denke Probleme mit den Rohren, nach Hinweis wurden wir sofort umquartiert. Gepäck hat alles das Hotel erledigt. Kamen abends rein und hatten neue Zimmer. Personal aufmerksam und super nett. Unglaubliche Aussicht und Ruhe. Sehr sauber!!! Sehr gutes Restaurant. Wahr ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt.
