"Our room was a small one, and worked just fine. Amazing location, about 50 steps from St. Mark's square. Would recommend. Kevin at the front desk was helpful. We enjoyed dinner at Cherubino, a 4 minute walk. Two pizza places 50, and 100 feet away. 😊"

"Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Both Sinks in the bathroom had missing plugs to stop water draining away. Hot water had to be adjusted. Blind didn’t work in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, bacon generally undercooked and the Parmesan was too smelly and needed a cloche to stop flies. Staff very approachable. Location good and the shuttle fantastic. "

"This is a great hotel right in the heart of Venice. Just minutes away from St Marks Square and not that much further to Rialto Bridge. If you’re going to get there by public water taxi from the train station, you’ll take the boat to the Rialto stop and then walk for about 10 minutes. Our room was smaller than I had hoped and the air-conditioning wasn’t working very well. Other than those two negatives, the staff was awesome and helped us with a variety of things. Breakfast was very good. "
