Indeed, the hotel upgraded me from a delux room to a suite. A bottle of red wine and a cheese board awaiting in my room. Great hotel.

Amazing hideout in the middle of the desert ! All the staff were very very helpful and attentive, room was extremely comfortable and clean ! WiFi worked really well and breakfast and restaurant food was great ! Highly recommended and would love to come back !

This is one of the best hotels in town, where you get picked up for your daily tours. It is really quiet, we enjoyed a great experience! It is located at walking distance from the shopping stores and restaurants, and they also offer bikes at no cost. Very good food at the onsite restaurant (breakfast was included), and staff provide great service and recommendations around the tours.

It is a very nice and quiet hotel. Perfect for resting and drinking some tasty pisco sours. But the infrastructure is a bit dated, so it doesnā€™t feel very luxurious and can be a bit uncomfortable. The staff was the best though!

Fantastic facilities and amenities, and very helpful staff. They upgraded our room and offered VIP amenities automatically. Excellent breakfast and great food at Casa Paniri, their in-house restaurant. Absolutely loved their complimentary coffee and tea station for guests. Beautiful rooms and even the crib for the baby was really nice. Would be nice if they could provide an electric kettle in the room upon request to make sterilizing baby bottles easier.

Fuimos atendidos por Ć©l, Javiera y otros, ademĆ”s de quienes trabajaban en el restaurant con gran cariƱo, lo que nos permitiĆ³ experimentar una estadĆ­a espectacular. El hotel nos encantĆ³, inigualable ubicaciĆ³n y las piezas con un excelente diseƱo y amplitud. Lo hemos recomendado a nuestros amigos por la increĆ­ble estadĆ­a que tuvimos las 7 noches.
