"They had other guest drinking and being loud right outside the hallway and we were able to hear everything from our room. Rooms are not as described online. Definitely do not recommend ! When ask to speak to management they said they were in a "meeting" and if i would like to leave me information to get contacted later when available, but no has contacted me. Have not any luck getting a rufund for cancelation."

"A cleaning person that entered the room took a pair of apple air pods from my open luggage( I never tough about hiding anything before. Never had to) and the door key card. When I reported the incident to the manager she told me that the cleaning person HAD NOT REPORTED TAKING ANYTHING. And since they had no issues in the past I must be wrong about my claim… The room smells like wet something. There is no ventilation that works in the bathroom and all humidity stays on the walls… Nice looking...
