"I honestly choose a resort, but I accidentally choose this area. However, I would recommend for those who are low budget travelers but who are willing to take a break and rest in their amazing hot springs. They do have hiking trail, but it is the best not to go in the midst of rain. You will slip and get yourself all muddy. I learn that that hard way. "This place is really, really remote. You eat what they have, you do what they offer, etc. No roaming about looking for restaurants, shops, etc. Power issues meant no internet most of the time and I had to pay cash ($1500) for the stay and the spa treatments. Staff is perfect and brought tea to my room when i felt ill. Swimming pool and view is amazing "
