"This is my third time renting this home. The host is excellent and very accommodating. The house is always spotless. Each room has its own full bath and there is a half bath on the first floor. Communication was difficult and this could be improved by having a phone number to call or text instead of relying on email. It took days and almost a dozen emails to get late check out approved. "Beautiful location and property. Rooms are nice, with spacious bathroom with two showers and a Jacuzzi, located in a small enclosed patio. For a bit more money I recommend getting a room with a terrace with a view - our room was below level and therefore had no view a was a bit dark. The breakfast was nice, with eggs and chilaquiles and some fresh fruit. The employees were all very nice and quick to respond. We got aasaage package at the hotel; the masseuses did a great job. "

"Incredibly charming little hotel. Feels more like a bed and breakfast. The staff are so friendly. A block from the boardwalk/park for a peaceful walk by the lake. The area is very walkable and there are lots of dining and bar options. We will definitely stay here when we return. Ajijic is a magical place tucked away in a mountain valley. Worth the trip for sure! "
