San Sebastián Stay
A great apartment in a great location. Yes you can hear some street noise but it didn’t affect us at all. It’s a perfect spot to explore San Sebastián! Espe is a fantastic host and had clear communication from the booking to check in and out. I hope we’ll be back

Great apt for city centre living
Apt is very centrally located, great local neighbourhood, with bars and restaurants and only 10-15 min walk to the old town but due to its central location, you need to accept some noise at night and in the early hours. Would stay again.

The apartment is located in a great location, close to the train station, sights, restaurants & shoppings. The property is beautiful, clean and extremely well-maintained. A beautifully appointed apartment very close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and retail therapy choices. Following a transport mix-up we arrived 8 hrs later than expected but Espe was there to give us an orientation of the extremely well equipped apartment Highly recommended the apartment and our most gracious host.

A very noisy corner , but just learn at night all windows need to be closed. The location is fantastic , the condo is new and beautiful . The Location was fantastic , walking distance to everything ! And a big bonus was a guaranteed parking spot near by which comes with VRBO condo ! Truly enjoyed the balcony for tapas and a glass of wine !

Fabulous apartment
The apartment is gorgeous, the decor stunning and so well equipped. Espe had thought of everything including toiletries. We were very impressed. The area is great lots of restaurants and a supermarket close by and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Esperanza is absolutely wonderful to work with; great communications and great information. The property is fantastic. Clean, very well decorated, and comfortable. No better place in Donastia !
If you are coming to Donastia with friends or family you will want to stay with Espe. Warm, friendly and welcoming , Espe’s apartment is Recently remodeled and situated in the middle of town along the river. It’s a 10 min walk to the beach along cafe-lined streets and higher end shoppes .the apartment is on the first floor of a triangular building with a lovely deck . Beds are comfortable kitchen is equipped for cooking. Parking is underground 2 blocks away. Stay with Espe !!

Fabulous location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the very well-situated apartment. The property is newly renovated, in a first-class building, and filled with light. We loved going just across the street each morning for a cafe con leche and a pastry. It is in the city center so street noise exists; however, double-paned windows cut out most of it. In the summertime earplugs, which we always travel with, would be helpful if you are a light sleeper. We would definitely rent it again.
