The staff were extremely friendly and often provided insight on local attractions and restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend if you want a clean, central and friendly hotel to stay in

This is a great hotel in Gross, staff are so friendly and helpful, hotel is very clean and beds were comfy. Just a few minutes walk from Zurriola beach and 15 mins walk to La Concha beach. Highly recommended.

Basic but comfortable clean spacious room. We were lucky to get room on top floor with lovely balcony. Great position for Gros ,Old town, and city centre. Everything walkable. Some great bars and restaurants near by. Would have liked a little more storage,and a kettle, but coffee machine provided. Great stay.
