Enjoy an afternoon glass of wine on the front deck, or your morning coffee on the back deck while watching the sun rise over the trees.

This home offers 3 bedroom, and two full baths. The primary bedroom, with a king bed, and one bathroom are upstairs on the main floor along with the open concept living space and kitchen. A large deck off this level looks out over the yard, the front deck looks towards the ocean. Downstairs is the entry and two queen bedrooms with a shared full bath. A large fenced yard with several seating areas extends your living space into the beautiful outdoors. A perfect place to enjoy sunset with your furry friend.


Located only two blocks from the ocean and two blocks from Lampton Cliffs Park. You are also only a short walk to Fiscalini Ranch which offers many hiking trails including a beautiful bluff boardwalk. In addition, downtown is only a few minutes' drive away, where you will find many fine boutiques and fabulous restaurants.

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Amazing Stay
We had a wonderful time at Pacific Breeze. There was ample room for my family group of 5. Loved that it was a VERY short walk to the beach and tidepools that we love. The place is very private being on the corner and an empty lot on both sides. The empty lots also invited deer to watch. We were able to sit and watch multiple families every evening. Items of drawers were labeled to find easily . We took our own wood and enjoyed the firepit a few nights. The BBQ is situated in an area that allows quests to keep the "cook " company on a separate balcony. The pictures of the yard do not do it justice , as it is absolutely beautiful with fully grown vegetation that creates even more privacy. The only a few drawbacks. The front balcony is small. There is a nice view to enjoy but only enough room for a couple of individuals to enjoy. the dining room table is beautiful and modern but is not designed to eat on it since it does not have a flat surface. There is only one medium size sofa couch, so we missed the ability to "veg " as a group and watch movies comfortably. The positives far outweigh the negatives so would stay again. Breen vacations responded quickly and started off the visit with a complimentary bottle of wine of our choice. Would rent again from them.

Beautiful home in Cambria
The yard of this home was stunning. Our puppy love it, and it would’ve been wonderful to sit outside and eat dinner and play games. The house is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it is furnished to maximize the space. No real complaints. The only one very very minor issue was that sound does really carry throughout the house and so you could hear a lot of what was going on throughout the house. We were able to walk down to the beach, and up to the walking paths through Fiscalini reserve. There were deer absolutely everywhere and they even walked up to us in the backyard. We ended up spending our entire stay indoors because it happened to rain during our whole trip, but we had a good time. A few minor issues were there wasn’t a lot of surface space to do things on, the dining table has a wobbly surface and so we couldn’t really play dominoes on it and some things would slide off of it. Also, we were able to find the property management location no problem (and they were very nice) to get the key, but we had to cut our time up in Pismo Beach short to get back to pick up the key before the office closed. So many rentals now just give you a code to get in and out of the location, which I find much more convenient. Overall, it was a really awesome house to stay in

We loved staying here in Cambria! The rental property was perfect in every way. Close to the shore, easy to find and very comfortable! The communication was top notch and we were very happy to have found such a gem. We will totally stay here again if we ever get a chance to return! The yard is beyond fantastic and so colorful! It was okay
First, after booking, I was asked to mail a check to pay the balance due rather than paying through VRBO which was odd, plus I don’t have checks and then I had to pick up the key and drop it off! So crazy in this technological-driven era and there was a keyless entry deadbolt on the front door! The property manager did give us a nice bottle of wine when I picked up the key. They also gave us a Netflix login that failed to work. Why not just leave the device connected to their tv logged in for guests? As far as amenities, don’t expect much like coffee or shower gel etc as that won’t be there and the grocery store options are very minimal so maybe plan to shop before arriving. The neighborhood is quiet and the ocean lookout point is a very close walk. However, the drive to downtown was more than we anticipated. Overall, it was an okay experience but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

Overall great place to stay in Cambria
This house was in a great location, near Fiscalini Ranch and in a very peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed the layout of the house and everything was comfy and in good shape. There was a nice little fenced side yard for my dog (one of the main reasons I chose this property). The reclining sofa in the living room is great but I'd really suggest replacing one of the little red chairs with a more comfy chair or a recliner as it wasn't very conducive to more than 2 people gathering around the tv to watch a movie or something at the end of the day. One negative was that the owner is having an extended patio built on the adjoining lot (which will be great in the future) but we were not informed in advance that this construction would be taking place for the bulk of our stay. There is a lot of construction in Cambria, so some noise is understandable, but not knowing it would be done on the property you are staying on was not the best. As mentioned, the main reason for renting this property was the fenced side yard for my dog. I was informed by the property manager on Thursday after noon (Sat-Sat stay) that the fence would be taken down the following day and no accommodations or compensation for the inconvenience was offered on the phone. I went into the office and explained that I expected some reduction in my rental fee due to the inconvenience and the property not being as advertised for the entirety of my stay. They contacted the owner and they were willing to delay the fence removal until the day of my departure.

Outstanding get away !
Location was great, 2 blocks from the beach. Great views, clean and great layout. One master upstairs and two other rooms downstairs. House has everything you need. The property management team you work with is amazing. Extremely helpful and on top of it. I would only use them if you are staying in the area.

Walking distance to Fkscallini park and easy drive to Main Street, Hearst Castle, etc. Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Simple house but meets all needs for a weekend getaway.

Perfect Getaway
Just a very, very nice home. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated with just enough accent pieces to make it feel like home. Well equipped with everything needed from kitchen to family entertainment. Easy access to ocean front and great walking trail options. Quiet neighborhood with very minimal traffic yet short easy drive into town for shopping and eateries. I would highly recommend to others and would plan for future visits without hesitation.

So quiet and peaceful
We had a relaxing vacation in Marine Terrace. Everything was so clean and spotless. Large comfortable beds, soft towels, nice dishes and kitchenware. So quiet , and nice patios to view the stars. Great location for walking and enjoying nature. We will return.

Beautiful home in relaxing neighborhood
This is a great place to stay. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood that invites you to get outside and go for a relaxing walk. It can be a short walk to the park/small beach down the street or a 2 mile walk through the FISCALINI RANCH PRESERVE that’s also near by. When you return from your walk, you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee or a relaxing glass of wine out on one of the patios. It is truly a wonderful place.

Perfect location
Great house in a perfect location. Only down side was we could not get the BBQ to work and the kitchen was not as stocked with spices as many other homes we have stayed in. But it otherwise had everything we needed for a family get-away in one of our favorite locations.

Family get together
Rented this property for a family get together. Place was very clean and well kept. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals at home. We enjoyed the proximity to the Fiscalini trails as well as nice neighborhood to walk our dogs.
