PROPERTY INFO;
The apartment is on two floors, on the ground floor the kitchen / living room, the bedroom, a small bathroom with shower and upstairs an open space with double bed and sofa bed, large bathroom with shower. The house is non-smoking only, and is equipped with a washing machine, heater and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and the main appliances: microwave, refrigerator/freezer and coffee maker.

At the entrance there is the key box and on the ground floor the laundry area, to access the apartment the stairs or elevator. The windows of the apartment face the main street, and if they are kept open, there can also be a lot of noise from the street.

Guests can access the laundry and private parking remains behind the building, the lake is within walking distance.

All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy.

The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFO:
The town is developed on a main road that connects the north of the lake to Como. After 3km we reach Menaggio and after this famous town we can find all the most beautiful villas on this part of the lake. Towards the north the most beautiful waters, the mountains with breathtaking views, everything still as it once was. Despite the tourism that now occupies many seasons of the year the places have remained as they were originally.
