Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. "The view from our apartment was breathtakingly beautiful! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The only drawbacks were the pool was very cold and they were many steps to get up to the apartment. Luckily the property manger and his son helped with our luggage. It quite a drive tp get up to the apartment but once we got there we didn't want to leave!"

"We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. "A stunning villa in a wonderful location above the village of Gargnano. The interior layout works very well for a family or group of friends ( we were a family of eight). Only slight drawback is that two of the bedrooms don't have AC so can get hot.The exterior terraces and pool are really great with superb lake views. A short 5/10 minute walk takes you down to the village with easy access for swimming in the lake and a variety of excellent bars and restaurants. So overall a great place to stay."

"We were in Bardolino for my stepdaughter's wedding. My brother-in-law and his family stayed in the downstairs unit and my husband and other family members stayed in the upstairs unit. It was so wonderful to all be together. There were 18 of us but it didn't feel crowded at all. There was plenty of space to spread out and the balcony with the view was to die for. Thank you Francesco for a wonderful stay!"

"Everything about this rental was superb!!!! Everyone in our party commented that they could live in that apartment forever. I messed up the “dropped pin” for the location. After several attempts, Tully came and met me about two minutes down the road and helped us get there. It was a terrific experience. Will always stay there on trips back to Lake Garda."

"We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell. We payed for air con which was 50 euros but we expected this and this was good in each room. We expected to have towels...
