"We had a fantastic week in Gaetano’s home, the villa is very comfortable, the pool is amazing and it’s a great location. The air con is a godsend and the house is really well appointed-we loved playing billiards, table tennis and table football! Gaetano speak fantastic English and was really helpful with recommendations etc. He and his wife stay in a smaller property on the same site but this did not bother us at all as they left us to have the run of the villa and complete peace. "We really enjoyed our stay at Case Nucci. Riccardo is friendly, helpful and a great host. The location is perfect to visit Perugia, Assisi and other fabulous hill towns. The mattresses and bed linens were outstanding. Per government regulations (Ukraine war) there wasn’t any heat during our stay so the evenings were chilly. Making a fire was the only option, the wood was an extra charge every evening that that was unexpected. Kitchen essentials would have been appreciated. Overall score is...
