Miguel was our host for the weekend and was the absolute best. Anything we needed he was there for. Above and beyond service. The house itself was clean, huge and overall the perfect stay for our trip. "

Even after reporting cold showers, lack of water in sinks and no water pressure from either, no action was taken which must mean that's just how it is.
