"The staff are fantastic here, some of the digital services are very clunky (room order app, aircon fiddly, cant stream to TV etc) but the staff compensate for these minor issues very well and fixed all but streaming fast. "Loved this place. Staff was the nicest staff I’ve ever had at a hotel and the place was super cute and unique. Had a very tropical vibe to it and I would definitely stay here again if I visit the area again. Only issue is no elevator but the staff was happy to carry our bags up to our rooms and back down when we checked out so it wasn’t a big deal. Wonderful place to stay!"

"I got the Junior suite room for my 4 day stay. The room was very big and spacious. It had a nice TV, sofa, working table and chairs, a Jacuzzi. The room amenities and the breakfast was also good.
