Great spot
"Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office."

Perfect with kids
"We were 5 teens and 2 adults. The house was great - so much space, all the bedrooms were a nice size with en-suites, the pool table was very well used, there was so much to do in the house, the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking a few meals, and there was a beautiful view from the terrace. ..."
