"Nothing short of phenomenal! a deluxe property with everything you would expect, but what's head and shoulders above every other hotel is the quality of the staff. They seem to be hand picked, carefully trained, and caring beyond belief. Ive just spent a fortune on 2 rooms for 9 nights, and paying the bill didn't hurt a bit! Great staff, wonderfully friendly atmosphere, amazing food options, lovely pool areas. amazing gym......... Gripes? Not a single gripe!"
