"HRM is a lovely, well-kept property that has clean, mid-range rooms in a fantastic location in San Miguel de Allende. it's not hyper-luxurious like the Rosewood, but it's a great family hotel with a lovely swimming pool. They are renovating at the moment, so the fitness center was closed. Their restaurant is okay (there are better options in town) but their staff is polite and highly professional. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"This would have been 5 stars except they have no in room coffee or even coffee at the desk. The separate onsite restaurant does not open until 8:30 am. Other than that it was very good and well located."

"The parking was great! Space available for everyone. Staff was diligent and very kind and informative. Uber is easy to get in and out of there, but would recommend taxi services as they're a bit cheaper. Mall with movie theater nearby. "

"The only suggestion I have is to tell the guest what a beautiful terrace you have on the roof. We didn’t learn about it till the last day it makes this wonderful experience even better that should be shared immediately when the guest arrived"

"It’s incredibly beautiful and the staff is amazing but the bed was extremely uncomfortable they really should invest in new mattresses. If it wasn’t for that I would honestly give them 5 stars on everything."

"Todo dentro del hotel está excelente, es un lugar muy agradable y acogedor. Te dan la bienvenida y la cama es muy cómoda. Si no eres muy supersticioso, la pasarás bastante bien, en la noche puede que te lleves un susto si eres muy creyente. Lamentablemente no es tan fácil de llegar, pero ya adentro es muy cómodo prácticamente todo, solamente ajustaría de lugar la televisión, pues tienes que torcerte un poco para lograr verla, pero es lo suficientemente grande para que no te moleste tanto eso. La verdad si recomendaría ir a las personas que les gusta un espacio que parezca viejo y acogedor."
