Excellent hotel just close to the airport, as a solo traveller the rooms are often tiny and cramped but the room here was fantastic, spotlessly clean, excellent sized bathroom and great facilities and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if flying into Torp.

A basic but spotlessly clean hotel close to the airport. The staff were extremely friendly. There were a nice selection of foods available at breakfast. Good value for money.

Receptionist at the evening was not at her top behaviour. While booking the place I saw the baby cot was free but I was ask to pay 250 nok and was told that the hotel has it own policy. Hotel has Very small room and bathroom, breakfast was really good.

Til hotelledelsen!! Vi vil gjerne uttrykke vår skuffelse over oppholdet vi nylig hadde hos dere. Vår familie, som inkluderer to små barn, så frem til en avslappende overnatting, men dessverre ble opplevelsen langt fra det vi hadde håpet på. Natten ble preget av høy musikk og støy fra rommet ved siden av, som startet sent på kvelden og fortsatte til langt ut på natten. Støyen var så intens at både vi og barna våre hadde store vanskeligheter med å sove. Etter en lang dag med reise og med en tidlig avreise dagen etter, var dette ekstremt slitsomt og frustrerende. Da vi tok kontakt med resepsjonen for å få hjelp, fikk vi dessverre beskjed om at de ikke ønsket å vekke gjesten i naborommet. Dette svaret var både uforståelig og skuffende, spesielt ettersom vi var i en situasjon hvor nattero og hvile var helt nødvendig. Det er rimelig å forvente at et hotell skal ivareta alle gjestenes behov for søvn og ro, men i dette tilfellet opplevde vi at våre behov som gjester ikke ble tatt på alvor. Vi endte opp med en natt der både vi og barna fikk minimalt med søvn, noe som satte sitt preg på resten av reisen. Når man velger å overnatte på et hotell, spesielt som en familie, regner man med en viss grad av service og hensyn til andres trivsel og hvile. Opplevelsen vi hadde hos dere denne natten, levde dessverre ikke opp til disse forventningene. Vi håper virkelig at dere vil ta dette til etterretning og vurderer hvordan situasjoner som dette kan håndteres annerledes i fremtiden.
