"The hotel was fine (although having absolutely no wifi was a bit of a surprise and not ideal for the type of travelling we were doing). Because we were there in mid-April, it isn't the best time to be at a location that is catering to summer beach goers, so my rating of the location suffers a bit. This is just a matter of timing though. We had driven up from Berlin to go to Peenemunde, and this was a fine hotel to spend the night after before moving on."

"Great hotel, fantastic views, excellent spa facilities. Room excellent - spacious with cooking facilities in the private hall rather than the bedroom itself so you do not need to sleep with stale cooking smells. Very well equipped, though in summer the lack of air con may be a factor. Only downside was the pillows (though that and the lack of air con seems to be a common problem in hotels in Germany)."

"Problem solving = zero. Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. Finally, when checking in they asked for more money with the excuse that I not stayed with the chain earlier. I have not recived the final bill yet due to the fact that the system was down when checking out...

"Unser zweiter Besuch im Kormoran. Dieses Mal zu Dritte. das Familienzimmer ist sehr gut geeignet. Bietet genügend Ruhe auch für kleine Gäste. Bis zum Strand ist es nicht nur 100m, das Personal war sehr hilfbereit. Einziges Manko, die etwas zu knarzigen Betten und ein wenig mehr Sauberkeit wäre nicht schlecht. Aber Alles in Allem ein schlichtes aber gutes Hotel für einen vernünftigen Preis."

"Das Hotel liegt zentral zum Ort und zum Strand. Wo es Licht gibt, ist natürlich auch Schatten. Z.B. die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, vorallem der Balkon. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab alles was man brauchte und der Geschmack war auch sehr gut. Wir waren im 4 Stock Meerseite, Zimmer 43. Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Bei Regen fehlt nur eine Überdachung. Es gibt ausreichend Gaststätten in der Nähe, alles zu Fuß zuerreichen."
