They tried to put us in a group to do all the same excursions as a group. We opted out of the excursions, which all cost extra. Wanted to relax by the pool but cool weather settled in for a few days. "We arrived to La Habana Amazon Reserve (hotel) in Puerto Maldonado, Peru, only to be told that they no longer work with Hotels.com Our reservation was ignored and we had to go look for another hotel in a place that is completely new today us. Hotels.con has not refunded my credit card yet. Based on this experience, I don’t expect to use or recommend Hotels.com ever again unless you can promptly remedy this very concerning experience with your service. "
