This house, that was turned into a triplex, was built in 1860 and is being updated for guests to enjoy and feel at home while spending time in Sandusky, the NUMBER ONE small coastal town in the USA! It's walking distance to all of downtown, including Jackson Street Pier where you can catch the ferry to Put-in-Bay and Kelley's Island. It's also less than 3 miles away from one of America's best theme parks, CEDAR POINT!
